This release adds browser-based pronunciation recording for main dictionary words.

Pronunciation Recording​

- Added permission-controlled pronunciation recording from word pages.
- Users with permission can record audio through the browser microphone.
- Recordings can be previewed, discarded, or saved before replacing the word pronunciation.
- Recorded pronunciation audio uses the existing word playback controls.
- Existing MP3 upload and delete controls remain available on the word add/edit form.
- Recording stays attached to the main dictionary word, keeping the feature simple and compatible with existing word pronunciation behavior.

Word Page Polish​

- Improved empty-state text for missing meanings, translations, parts of speech, origins, and synonyms.
- Word pages now keep the main meaning tools available even when a selected language does not have a saved meaning yet.
- Dictionary statistics now include definitions and count translation-backed meanings more accurately.
- Added a primary language option so admins can choose the language used for primary word titles, slugs, and fallback display.
