XenCustomize Helpful Feedback 2.3.1 Released​

This release adds a XenForo importer for converting existing XenForo reactions into Helpful Feedback responses.

Full Changelog:

• Added a XenForo reactions importer under Tools > Import data.
• Added support for importing reactions from:
  • Threads
  • Resources
  • Media items
• Added reaction mapping controls so each active XenForo reaction can be imported as Helpful, Not helpful, or ignored.
• Added an import preview showing estimated Helpful, Not helpful, ignored, existing, and missing-user counts before the import runs.

Fixes​

• Fixed thread feedback placement for XenForo article-type threads when using the Inside the first post or Below the first post display position.
• Fixed thread feedback placement for XenCustomize Book Threads, Music Album Threads, Recipe Threads, and Video Game Threads when using the Inside the first post or Below the first post display position.

Notes​

• Imported reaction responses are marked as reviewed automatically, as reactions do not include reasons or text messages.
• Existing Helpful Feedback responses are skipped during import to avoid overwriting current data.
• XenForo reaction data is not changed by the importer.
• Thread reaction imports are limited to the first post of each thread.
• This importer is intended for historical conversion of existing XenForo reaction data.
• Ignored reactions will not create Helpful Feedback responses.
• Imported responses do not include reasons, messages, or IP addresses because that data does not exist in XenForo reactions.
