Helpful response flow
When a member clicks Yes, the feedback is saved and the public block changes into a compact thank-you state. Members can also undo their response if they change their mind.
Not helpful response flow
When a member clicks No, the add-on can collect more context using a reason selector and optional text feedback. This helps admins understand whether content is outdated, incomplete, confusing, incorrect, not relevant, too short, or affected by any custom reason you create.
Edit, cancel, and undo support
Members can edit a saved negative response, cancel editing without removing the response, or undo their feedback entirely.
Progressive interaction
The public UI does not show a large form immediately. Unanswered content starts with only the question and Yes / No buttons. The reason/details panel appears only when it is actually needed.

XenForo Resource Manager resources
Helpful Feedback supports the main Resource Manager resource content type. Feedback appears on the resource overview and uses the same reasons, stats, and admin review tools as other content.
XenForo Media Gallery media items
Helpful Feedback supports Media Gallery media items. This gives media-heavy communities a way to collect feedback on individual media items. Albums are not currently included.
XenForo page nodes
Helpful Feedback supports XenForo page nodes. This is especially useful for custom information pages, help pages, documentation pages, legal pages, guides, and static content where XenForo does not provide replies or reactions by default.
Helpful percentage
Show how many people found content helpful, with an optional minimum response threshold before percentages are displayed.
Optional response counts
Admins can choose whether public stats show helpful and not helpful counts.
Show details overlay
When permitted, members can open a XenForo-style overlay showing members who responded. The overlay includes All, Helpful, and Not helpful tabs.
Permission-gated stats
Viewing public helpful feedback stats is controlled by permission, so admins can decide who can see response details.
Admin-managed reasons
Reasons are fully managed in the Admin CP. Admins can add, edit, disable, delete, and reorder reasons.
Content-type-specific reasons
Reasons can be limited to specific supported content types. For example, thread feedback reasons can differ from resource, media item, or page feedback reasons.

Each reason can include a Font Awesome icon name. Icons are shown in the public radio-style reason selector and on the ACP Reasons list.
