Loyalty reward programs
Create multiple loyalty programs from the Admin CP. Each program can have its own title, description, icon, provider, calculation period, display order, active state, and frontend display behavior.
Programs are not hardcoded for one site or one business model. You can create customer VIP programs, lifetime customer achievements, message activity programs, supporter rewards, or any other tiered loyalty structure that fits your community.
Unlimited tiers per program
Each program can have its own tiers with configurable thresholds, titles, descriptions, colors, icons, display order, and badge styling.

Active VIP and lifetime achievement programs

The add-on uses provider-aware wording and formatting so different reward sources feel natural.
DBTech eCommerce programs can show qualifying spend such as

XenForo message-count programs can show qualifying messages such as
540 messages.
This keeps the public and Admin CP experience clear, even when different program types exist on the same site.
DBTech eCommerce Rewards
Purchase-based loyalty programs
When DBTech eCommerce is installed, Loyalty Rewards can calculate customer progress from qualifying purchase history.
This is ideal for digital product stores, paid download sites, license-based communities, premium add-on stores, and support forums where repeat customers should receive better benefits over time.
Automatic loyalty coupons
Tier benefits can create DBTech eCommerce percentage coupons for eligible users. Coupons are generated and managed automatically by the loyalty system.
Loyalty coupons are:
- Linked to the eligible user
- Linked to the reward program and tier benefit
- Updated when the user's tier changes
- Expired or disabled when the user no longer qualifies
- Handled through DBTech eCommerce's native coupon and checkout flow
User-specific discount eligibility
Loyalty coupons are designed for the qualifying user. They are not general public coupon codes intended for sharing.
Discount scope control
For DBTech eCommerce coupon benefits, admins can choose where the loyalty discount applies:
- New purchases only
- New purchases and upgrades
- New purchases, upgrades, and renewals
This gives store owners practical control over how generous each tier benefit should be.
Uses DBTech eCommerce checkout behavior
Loyalty Rewards does not replace DBTech eCommerce pricing or build a parallel cart system. It integrates with DBTech's native coupon/order flow so the discount is visible to users during checkout in a familiar way.
XenForo Message Activity Rewards
Reward visible forum messages
Loyalty Rewards also includes a XenForo message-count provider, allowing forums to create non-commerce reward programs without DBTech eCommerce.
Admins can reward members for valid visible posts during the program's configured period.

The message-count provider is designed to count valid visible messages and avoid treating deleted or unapproved content as qualifying activity.

Rewards are managed as benefits attached to tiers. This keeps tier identity separate from what the user receives, making the system easier to expand over time.

Secondary user group benefits
Automatically add or remove a secondary user group when a user qualifies for a tier.
This can be used for:

Automatic benefit maintenance
When a user upgrades, downgrades, expires, or no longer qualifies, benefits are recalculated and updated. This helps keep user groups and loyalty coupons aligned with the user's current status.

Members get a dedicated
Loyalty rewards page in their account area, showing their current rewards, progress, benefits, and achievement history.
The dashboard is designed to feel polished, modern, and useful while still fitting into XenForo's account area.
The Loyalty rewards page can also be linked from the account navigation and account visitor menu, making it easier for users to discover their rewards.

Members can see recent tier unlocks and achievement milestones, helping the reward system feel alive instead of hidden in the background.

The main Loyalty Rewards Admin CP dashboard gives admins a quick overview of reward activity, users with rewards, generated loyalty coupons where available, quick navigation, and program status.

- DBTech eCommerce 4.2.0+ is optional, and only required for DBTech purchase-spend programs and automatic DBTech coupon discounts.
License Setup
After installation, go to the add-on options and open the
License options tab to enter your license key. If you have a branding-free license key, you may enter it there as well to remove branding.
License verification may use XenCustomize.com with local caching. Normal installation and uninstallation do not depend on our server being available. An expired license does not disable normal use of the add-on, but an active valid license is required for official support and access to new downloads or updates released after the license expires.
