Feature Improvement:​

• Enhanced countdown timer logic to respect user group permission.
  • User group-specific countdown timer time now overrides the global option unless explicitly set to "Unlimited" (-1) or left unset.
  • Default fallback behavior ensures the global option is used when no valid user group value is provided.

Bug Fixes:​

• Corrected a typo in a phrase on the Download Limits Overview page.
• Added a missing phrase to provide clear feedback for users without a daily download limit.
• Corrected behavior on Download page to ensure the button for "Limits Overview" is hidden when the feature is disabled.
• Updated "Quick Info Tab Bar" functionality to handle cases where "Limits Overview" is disabled, preventing permission error when interacting with links.
