Word Page Polish​

- Improved empty-state text for missing meanings, translations, parts of speech, origins, and synonyms.
- Word pages now keep the main meaning tools available even when a selected language does not have a saved meaning yet.
- Dictionary statistics now include definitions and count translation-backed meanings more accurately.
- Added a primary language option so admins can choose the language used for primary word titles, slugs, and fallback display.
