• Added a new Admin CP Events Manager dashboard at the main Events Manager Admin CP route.
• The dashboard includes KPI cards, event activity charts, RSVP status overview, event overview bars, and quick navigation links to key Events Manager areas.
• Added dashboard date ranges, including last 7 days, last 14 days, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, this year, last year, and all time.
• Added dashboard quick navigation for Events Manager maintenance/rebuild cache tools.
• Added dedicated dashboard style properties with style variation support, allowing dashboard colors to be customized for light and dark styles.
• Added an Admin CP ICS importer for importing events from calendar .ics files.
• The ICS importer includes upload, review/preview, import-as user control, category selection, event state selection, duplicate handling, warnings, and import history.
• Added support for importing single events, multiple events from one ICS file, and simple repeating events from ICS files.
• Added import tracking so admins can review imported events and see source file, category, event user, importing admin, warnings, and import date.
• Added an optional per-event setting to post RSVP status updates to the associated discussion thread.
• Added a configurable Latest event reviews widget for showing recent event reviews in widget positions.

Admin Controls & Permissions​

• Added a new permission to control who can view RSVP attendee lists while keeping RSVP counts visible.
• Added an RSVP participant display order option, allowing admins to sort participants by username or RSVP date within each RSVP status group.
• Added category-level controls for RSVP attendee quantity, allowing admins to override attendee quantity behavior per event category.
• Added category-level maximum attendee quantity per RSVP, allowing categories to use their own per-RSVP quantity limit.
• Added per-event control for whether the event owner should receive RSVP activity alerts.
• Added user alert preference controls for event owner RSVP notifications.
• Added event owner alerts when members delete an Attending or Maybe RSVP, controlled by the existing RSVP notification settings.
• Added a default event type filter option, allowing admins to choose whether any, future, or past events are shown by default.

ICS Importer Notes​

• The new importer is designed as a practical Admin CP tool for importing events from standard calendar files.
• Admins can preview events before import and review warnings before creating any events.
• Duplicate handling can skip existing events or import matching entries as new events.
• Simple repeating events are supported.
• The Create associated discussion threads option follows the selected event category's discussion thread configuration.
• Existing ICS export support remains available.

RSVP Improvements​

• Added optional RSVP discussion thread updates, so event discussion threads can receive a short post when a member creates or changes an RSVP.
• RSVP discussion thread updates are controlled per event.
• RSVP delete does not post to the discussion thread, but event owner alerts are now supported for deleted Attending or Maybe RSVPs.
• Improved RSVP attendee quantity control by allowing categories to follow the global setting, enable attendee quantity, or disable attendee quantity.
• Improved RSVP attendee quantity admin option descriptions so admins understand how global and category-level settings work together.
• Improved RSVP attendee list privacy with a dedicated permission for viewing attendee details.

Event Display Improvements​

• Event prefixes are now shown in Card Grid display mode using XenForo's standard prefix styling.
• Event prefixes are now shown in Calendar display mode with a clear bracketed prefix label.
• Added a Past events front-end filter.
• Separated event date sorting from event type filtering, giving admins and users clearer control over future, past, and all-event views.
• Added an Admin CP default event type filter option so forums can choose the default event list behavior that best fits their community.
• Improved the event add/edit form layout by making the title, tagline, details, and photos fields full-width.

Reviews & Widgets​

• Added a new Latest event reviews widget to help surface reviews that would otherwise be buried on older events.
• Improved the alert preference wording for watched event rating/review notifications.
• The watched-event review alert preference now more clearly refers to ratings/reviews on watched events.

XenCustomize Events Manager v2.3.12 Released​

Events Manager v2.3.12 is a major feature and refinement release focused on Admin CP visibility, event imports, RSVP controls, attendee privacy, review visibility, and event list filtering.

This update adds the new Events Manager dashboard, an Admin CP ICS event importer, better RSVP notification controls, optional RSVP discussion thread updates, a latest event reviews widget, category-level attendee quantity controls, improved past/future event filtering, and several long-requested polish improvements.
