Auto Archive Threads 2.0.3

• Added per-forum archive destinations, allowing specific source forums to archive into their own destination forums. (Suggested by @Paul)
• The existing target archive forum is now used as the default fallback destination for forums without a custom destination.
• Thread-specific auto-archive rules now use the same destination logic as global archive rules.
• Added clearer admin option descriptions to explain the difference between archive destinations and applicable forums.
• Added validation for per-forum destination mappings, including invalid forums, missing source/target selections, duplicate sources, and source/target matches.
• Improved global archive handling so configured archive destination forums are not processed again as source forums.
• Improved background processing efficiency while keeping the archive cron on a one-minute schedule for timely scheduled archives.
• Improved the background job so due thread-specific archive rules can be processed by cron, not only when a thread is viewed or replied to.
