By purchasing and using the XenCustomize add-ons ("the add-on") from XenCustomize.com, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement.
By purchasing and installing the XenCustomize add-ons, you signify your acceptance of this License Agreement, including the anti-piracy and distribution policy. This agreement is subject to change without prior notice. It is recommended to review this agreement periodically to stay informed about any updates or modifications.
1) Usage Limitation:
The purchase of a license entitles you to install the add-on on a single XenForo installation. If you intend to apply the add-on to multiple installations, you are obligated to acquire additional licenses for each installation.2) License Validation and Domain Requirement:
We require our customers to provide their XenForo License 'Validation token' and the 'Domain' where the add-on will be installed during the purchasing process. Our team conducts thorough manual verification for each purchase. In case we are unable to verify a valid license and domain or valid usage of the add-on on your domain, we retain the right to decline or terminate your account without prior notice. We appreciate your cooperation, understanding, and patience throughout this process.3) Product Disclaimer:
The add-on is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. No explicit or implicit commitments are made regarding future updates or the addition of supplementary features or functionality. Therefore, once you purchase and download the add-on, your order cannot be refunded. Furthermore, we reserve the right to increase the product price for major version upgrades. Existing customers who wish to access such upgrades will be required to pay an additional cost, as determined at the time of the release. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer quality updates and support for our products.4) Anti-Piracy and Distribution Policy:
Customers are explicitly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or disseminating the add-on to any individual or website, including but not limited to "Nulled forums." In the event that we identify a customer engaged in unauthorized and illegal sharing or distribution of the add-on, we retain the full rights to promptly suspend the license, terminate the customer's account, and revoke access to downloads of current and future versions of the add-on without refunding.5) Copyright and Branding Removal Policy:
You are not allowed to remove copyright notices or branding from the add-on without obtaining prior permission (Branding removal fee). Additionally, if any such removal is detected without proper authorization, you are required to pay for a branding removal license as outlined in our pricing and policies. In the event of a violation of this copyright and branding removal policy, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including but not limited to revoking access to future updates and customer support. Your license may also be canceled until the branding removal license fee is paid as per our guidelines. By continuing to use the XenCustomize add-ons, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this Copyright and Branding Removal Policy.
